Sweet Enchantments is a boutique bakery in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. We bake French macarons, layered celebration cakes, and cross-sectioned confections in small batches, with the same care whether it leaves in a box or on a cake stand. Pickup is on Thorn Ave, and we bake for the Ocean Springs, Biloxi, and Gulfport area.

I'm in this kitchen before the sun comes up, and everything in the case is made right here. The macaron shells, the buttercream, the gluten-free crumb: all of it mixed, piped, sifted, and finished by hand on Thorn Ave, before the door unlocks.
It's why a cake takes a few days, and why it tastes like someone made it just for you. Because I did.

Some things are gluten-free, some are vegan, a few are both, so the person with the restriction still gets the showpiece. Shared kitchen, so please ask us about severe allergies.

Yes, really. Gluten-free is my specialty, not a side menu, and I bake real vegan options too, all in-house. Some items are gluten-free, some are vegan, a few are both, and if you need another 'free', just let me know. One honest note: it's a shared kitchen, so please talk to me about severe allergies.
