Tiered, sculpted, celebration, or wedding, a custom cake is a conversation, not a checkout. Send us the vision below and we'll design it with you, tasting first. Every custom cake is quoted, never a fixed price off a shelf.

A gluten-free craft, with real vegan options.

Most bakeries keep one sad option behind the counter. We don't. Gluten-free is a serious specialty here, real cakes and cookies baked GF from scratch, and we make genuine vegan options alongside them. Some treats, like the Cinnabomb and the Vegan Maui, are both. No apology, no afterthought.

A family bench in Ocean Springs.

Sweet Enchantments is a family bakery, part of the FBH family, working out of a small shop on Thorn Ave in Ocean Springs. Every macaron is piped by hand, every cake is finished at the bench, and nothing leaves before it looks like something worth photographing.

Named Bronze for Best Bakery in the Sun Herald's Best of Coastal Mississippi 2026, with 94% of guests recommending us, we bake for Ocean Springs and the neighbors around us in Biloxi and Gulfport. If it's a birthday, a wedding, or an ordinary Tuesday that deserves better, we'd love to make it.
