Cut anything in the case in half and it should read like architecture. Ganache in level strata. Mousse that stands on its own. The flourless chocolate torte never met flour, and never missed it.

Vanilla Bean wears Italian buttercream smoothed to a matte finish, white chocolate mousse inside, sprinkles set by hand. Nothing lands on a cake that does not belong to the cake.

Most bakeries keep one sad gluten-free cookie behind the register. We build whole recipes for it. Gluten-free cakes and cookies developed in-house, sold from the same case, held to the same standard as everything else we bake. Plus real vegan options, and a handful that are both.

The Vegan Maui is peanut butter, maple, oats, sunflower seeds, and dried fruit. Also in the case: GF Oreos, GF Nutter Butters, GF oatmeal cream pies, thin mints, and GF cinnamon rolls. Gluten-free options and vegan options, some overlapping. Ours is a shared kitchen, so talk to us about severe allergies before you order.
