We bake French macarons, layered celebration cakes, and cross-sectioned confections in small batches, with the same care whether it leaves in a box or on a cake stand. Pickup is on Thorn Ave, and we bake for the Ocean Springs, Biloxi, and Gulfport area.

Most bakeries hide one sad option in the corner. We run a serious gluten-free specialty, plus real vegan options, baked in-house. Some things are gluten-free, some are vegan, a few are both, so the person with the restriction still gets the showpiece. Shared kitchen, so please ask us about severe allergies.

Our story

A family bakery on the coast.

Sweet Enchantments is part of the FBH family, baking out of a small kitchen in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. Everything is made by hand and in small batches, from the macaron shells to the buttercream. When you order a cake, someone here actually makes it.

We bake for birthdays, weddings, and the ordinary Tuesdays that deserve something sweet, across Ocean Springs, Biloxi, and Gulfport.
